This was a good interview but you omitted one important point.
How does this all relate to people on the dole? What "right to have babies" does someone have who is unemployed? There are different issue over divorced, widowed, single mothers; heterosexual and homosexual couples. Is employment and the ability to support their children, independent of the state, a criteria used by the NHS?
This is quite separate but still related to the more contentious question of just having babies on the dole for those who do have the natural capacity to have babies...
